| 桉柠蒎软胶囊治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎（CRS）的临床疗效。方法 将CRS患儿120例随机分为对照组(克拉霉素+0.9％氯化钠溶液冲洗鼻腔+氨溴索口腔崩解片)和观察组(克拉霉素+0.9％氯化钠溶液冲洗鼻腔+桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊)各60例，连续治疗12周，采用：(1)视觉模拟量表（VAS）评估其症状；(2)鼻内镜观察评估鼻腔病情；(3)鼻窦CT评价病变范围。结果 两组患儿经过8周治疗后，其症状VAS评分、鼻内镜评分均较治疗前明显下降（P<0.01），两组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；经过12周治疗，流涕、鼻塞、头痛及鼻内镜评分的组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；CT评分较治疗前明显下降（P<0.01），组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合克拉霉素内服治疗CRS方法简单、疗效好，值得临床推广。 |

| Ｏｂｊｅｃｔｉｖｅ To investigate the clinic effects of enteric coated Anningpai soft capsules on the children with chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS). Methods 120 cases of CRS patients were randomly divided into the control group (clarithromycin+ 0.9% sodium chloride solution nasal wash + ambroxol orally disintegrating tablets) and observation group(clarithromycin + 0.9%sodium chloride solution nasal wash + enteric coated Anningpai soft capsules), 60 cases in each group. The medicines were consecutively applied for 12 weeks. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by the follow meanings: (1) The symptoms were evaluated by visual analogue scales(VAS); (2) The state of nasal sinus was observed with nasal endoscopic; (3) The lesions range was determined by CT changes of paranasal sinuses. Results After 8 weeks treatment, the VAS scores and endoscopic scores were significantly decreased than before treatment(P<0.01), there was no statistically difference between the two groups(P>0.05); After 12 weeks treatment, the symptoms of running nose, nasal obstruction, headache, and endoscopic scoresbetween the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05); The CT scores were significantly declined than before treatment(P<0.01); Differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The therapeutic effects in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The enteric coated Anningpai soft capsules in treating CRSare simple and have showed good therapeutic effects, worth clinical promotion. |
