| 摘要: |
| 目的 观察玉龙散外敷配合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病（cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type，CSA）的疗效及对患者血液流变学和血流动力学参数的影响。方法 将120例CSA患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。观察组采用玉龙散外敷配合针灸进行治疗，对照组采用温感好及施外敷配合针灸进行治疗，每日1次，每周5次，共治疗2周。观察两种治疗方案的临床疗效以及治疗前后患者血液流变学和血流动力学参数的变化。结果 治疗后观察组临床疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者血液流变学和血流动力学参数治疗后均有明显改善（P<0.05），而观察组患者的改善程度优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 玉龙散外敷配合针灸治疗CSA具有较好效果，能够明显改善CSA患者临床症状、血液流变学以及椎-基底动脉血流动力学参数。 |

| Ｏｂｊｅｃｔｉｖｅ To observe the effect of Yulong san on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type (CSA) and its influence on the indices of blood rheology and haemodynamics. Methods The 120 cases of CAS patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were treated with Yulong external treatment and acupuncture; patients in control group were treated with Wengan external treatment and acupuncture. The treatment was given once a day, 5 times every week, the course was for 2 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated and the changes of the indices of blood rheology and haemodynamics were observed before and after treatment. Results The efficacy of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05), the indices of blood rheology and haemodynamics were improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05), and the effect in the observation group was better than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yulong san external treatment combined with acupuncture show good effects in treating CSA, and in relieving the symptoms and improving the blood rheology and blood flow of vertebral basilar artery. |
