| 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)归属于中医学“肺胀”“喘证”范畴,“痰浊”与“血瘀”贯穿疾病发生发展全过程。中医药凭借多成分、多靶点协同调控优势,在改善COPD患者生活质量、减少急性发作频次等方面具有独特优势,但其作用机制仍缺乏系统性的微观阐释。单细胞RNA测序(scRNA-seq)技术的发展,为深入解析COPD肺组织细胞异质性及病理微环境动态变化提供了新视角。本文在梳理中医“痰浊-血瘀”理论的基础上,系统总结COPD中关键细胞亚群在黏液高分泌、慢性炎症和血管重塑中的作用,重点归纳scRNA-seq在细胞通讯网络及信号通路研究中的应用进展,并综述中医药通过调控关键细胞亚群及信号通路重塑肺部微环境的分子机制。旨在为中医传统病机理论提供现代细胞生物学佐证,为中医药防治COPD的精准干预及机制研究提供新思路。 |

| Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) falls under the categories of "lung distension" and "dyspnoea pattern" in Chinese medicine, with "phlegm turbidity" and "blood stasis" running through the entire course of disease onset and progression. Owing to its multi component and multi target synergistic regulatory advantages, TCM has unique strengths in improving the quality of life and reducing the frequency of acute exacerbations in COPD patients. However, its mechanism of action still lack systematic microscopic elucidation. The development of single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) technology provides a new perspective for in depth analysis of lung tissue cellular heterogeneity and dynamic changes in the pathological microenvironment in COPD. Based on the TCM theory of "phlegm turbidity-blood stasis", this paper systematically summarizes the roles of key cell subpopulations in mucus hypersecretion, chronic inflammation, and vascular remodeling in COPD. It highlights recent advances in scRNA-seq applications for studying cell-cell communication networks and signaling pathways. Furthermore, it reviews the molecular mechanisms by which TCM interventions regulate key cell subpopulations and signaling pathways to remodel the pulmonary microenvironment. The aim is to provide modern cytobiological evidence for the traditional TCM pathogenesis theories and to offer new insights for precise intervention and mechanistic research of TCM in the prevention and treatment of COPD. |
