| 摘要: |
| 中医美德教育是古代医学伦理的重要组成部分，它植根于中华传统文化，以儒家思想为核心，秉持“医乃仁术”“大医精诚”理念，通过师徒制传承，旨在培养具有仁心、守诚信、有使命感的中医人才。在现代医学教育体系中，医学教育面临着知识与美德教育分离、技术教育凸显而美德教育弱化、医学科学主导导致人文缺位的困境。为此，需从推动“价值知识”体系融合、建构“德性技能”协同培育机制、重塑“中医人文”主体性话语、建立闭环式评价与支持体系4个方面进行转型重构，以培育适应现代医疗需求的中医人才。 |

| Abstract: |
| TCM virtue education is an important part of ancient medical ethics. Rooted in traditional Chinese culture and inherited through apprenticeship, it takes Confucianism as its core, upholds the concepts of "medicine is the art of benevolence" and "an excellent doctor's perfect skill and absolute sincerity". Its purpose is to cultivate TCM talents with a benevolent heart, integrity, and a sense of mission. In the modern medical education system, it faces dilemmas such as the separation of knowledge and virtue education, the prominence of technical education while the weakening of virtue education, and the lack of humanities caused by the dominance of medical science. Therefore, a transformative restructuring should be carried out across four key dimensions: promoting the integration of the "value-knowledge" system, constructing a synergistic "virtue-skill" cultivation mechanism, reshaping the subjective course of "TCM-humanities", and establishing a closed-loop evaluation and support system, to cultivate TCM talents who can meet the demands of modern healthcare. |
