| 摘要: |
| 骨质疏松症（OP）与2型糖尿病（T2DM）均属代谢性疾病，二者在发生发展过程中相互影响，呈现显著的共病特征，已成为全球性公共健康负担。本文立足于“脾肾互赞”理论，结合现代医学研究，从胰岛素样生长因子-1通路、肠道菌群稳态及线粒体能量代谢等方面探讨OP与T2DM的共病机制，指出脾肾功能失调导致的精微物质化生与封藏失衡是二者共病的根本病机，并阐述中医药治疗进展，为阐明“脾肾互赞”理论在OP与T2DM共病规律中的指导作用及中西医结合防治策略提供新的研究视角。 |

| Abstract: |
| Osteoporosis (OP) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) are both metabolic diseases that interact with each other during their onset and progression, exhibiting significant comorbid features and having become a global public health burden. Based on the theory of "mutual reinforcement of the spleen and kidney", this article integrates modern medical research to explore the comorbid mechanisms of OP and T2DM from the perspectives of the insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) pathway, gut microbiota homeostasis, and mitochondrial energy metabolism. It points out that the imbalance in the transformation and storage of essential substances caused by dysfunction of the spleen and kidney is the fundamental pathogenesis of their comorbidity. Furthermore, it elaborates on the progress of Chinese medicine treatment, providing a new research perspective for elucidating the guiding role of the theory of "mutual reinforcement of the spleen and kidney" in the comorbidity mechanisms of OP and T2DM as well as for the prevention and treatment strategies of integrated Chinese and Western medicine. |
