| 摘要: |
| 溃疡性结肠炎是一种慢性、复发性肠道疾病，其危害不仅限于肠道局部损伤，还可引发全身多系统并发症，严重威胁患者健康和生活质量。李慧臻教授在长期的临床实践中总结出独特的治疗经验，认为溃疡性结肠炎的病位在肠，病机以脾虚为本，湿热瘀毒为标，以肝郁乘脾、脾病及肾为变，从而表现为本虚标实、寒热错杂的病理格局。治疗上以运脾复健为本，以祛邪务净、调肝温肾为要。李慧臻教授临证谨守病机，灵活组合补气、化湿、疏肝、温阳、活血等治法，临床疗效显著。 |

| Abstract: |
| Ulcerative colitis（UC） is a chronic and relapsing intestinal disease, the impact of which extends beyond local intestinal damage to systemic multi-system complications, posing significant threats to patients’ health and quality of life. Through long-term clinical practice, Professor LI Huizhen has developed unique therapeutic insights. She identifies the disease location in the intestines, with pathogenesis centered on spleen deficiency as the root, damp-heat and stasis-toxin as the manifestations, and with liver depression restricting spleen and spleen disorders affecting the kidney as the pathological transmission. This results in a pathological pattern of deficiency in root with excess in manifestations and combined cold and heat. For treatment, Professor LI emphasizes regulating the spleen and restoring its function as the foundation, while prioritizing thorough elimination of pathogens,liver regulation, and kidney warming as key principles. Clinically, she strictly adheres to differentiation of pathogenesis, flexibly combining therapeutic methods such as supplementing qi, transforming dampness, soothing the liver, warming yang, and circulating blood, achieving remarkable clinical efficacy. |
