| 摘要: |
| 灼口综合征是临床上常见的口腔黏膜病，尤其在女性围绝经期多发，常反复发作且迁延难愈，严重影响患者的健康及生活质量。黄雅慧教授认为围绝经期灼口综合征的发生与围绝经期女性脏腑功能失调，精亏血虚乏源密切相关，主要病机为脏腑亏损、精血失充、虚火上浮、熏蒸口舌，证属本虚标实。因此，在治疗上，黄雅慧教授临证立足于肝脾肾三脏，注重协调脏腑、益精养血，促进脏腑功能恢复以治其本，兼顾潜降妄动虚火之标，标本兼治，内外同调，疗效颇佳，并附案以明证。 |

| Abstract: |
| Burning mouth syndrome（BMS） is a common oral mucosal disorder in clinical practice, especially prevalent among perimenopausal women. It often recurs and is difficult to cure, severely affecting patients’ health and quality of life. Professor HUANG Yahui believes that the onset of this disease is closely related to the zang-fu organ dysfunction and essence and blood deficiency in perimenopausal women. The main pathogenesis involves deficiency of the zang-fu organs, leading to insufficiency of essence and blood, which in turn causes ascending deficient fire that scorches the mouth and tongue. It presents a pattern of deficiency in root and excess in manifestations. Therefore, in treatment, Professor HUANG focuses on the liver, spleen, and kidney,emphasizing the coordination of the zang-fu organs and the nourishment of essence and blood to promote the recovery of zang-fu functions （addressing the root cause）, while simultaneously subduing the ascending deficient fire（treating the manifestations）. This approach addresses both root cause and manifestations, and integrates internal regulation with external symptom management,resulting in excellent therapeutic outcomes. A verified medical record is provided as supporting evidence. |
