| 摘要: |
| 原发性甲状腺功能减退症（简称甲减）是机体代谢功能减退的全身性疾病，发病率逐年增高。目前西医治疗以甲状腺激素替代为主，但仍存在个体剂量调整困难、部分患者疗效不稳定及长期用药潜在副作用等问题。中医药对原发性甲状腺功能减退症的防治具有一定优势，但现有甲减动物模型多局限于单一西医病理指标构建，缺乏对中医证候的动态模拟，且评价体系不够完善。通过梳理分析不同造模方法的机制，计算其中西医指标吻合度，评价其优缺点及中医证型适配性，并提出改进方向，旨在为构建更贴合临床实际的原发性甲减中西医病证结合模型提供理论依据，助力原发性甲减的机制研究与精准防治。 |

| Abstract: |
| Primary hypothyroidism is a systemic disease characterized by reduced metabolic function in the body, and its incidence rate is increasing year by year. At present, the mainstay of Western medical treatment is thyroid hormone replacement,but there are still problems such as difficulty in adjusting individual doses, unstable therapeutic effects for some patients, and potential side effects of long-term medication. Chinese medicine（CM） has certain advantages in the prevention and treatment of hypothyroidism. However, the existing animal models of primary hypothyroidism are mostly limited to the construction of a single Western medical pathological indicator, lacking dynamic simulation of Chinese medicine patterns, and the evaluation system is not yet perfect. Through a review and analysis of the mechanisms underlying different modeling methods for hypothyroidism, this study has calculated the consistency rate of Chinese and Western medical indicators involved in these methods, evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of each method as well as their compatibility with CM pattern types, and proposed directions for improvement. It aims to provide a theoretical basis for constructing a more clinically relevant combined disease-pattern hypothyroidism model of integrated Chinese and Western medicine, and to assist in the mechanism research and precise prevention and treatment of primary hypothyroidism. |
