| 摘要: |
| “筋出槽，骨错缝”理论历史悠久，对中医推拿理论及流派发展均有深远影响。肌腱病是骨骼肌肉系统中常见的一类疾病，中医学认为“筋出槽，骨错缝”为肌腱病的关键病机。临床上，采用“筋出槽，骨错缝”理论指导推拿治疗肌腱病，以达到骨正筋柔、气血自流的效果。本文就肌腱病的中医认识、“筋出槽，骨错缝”理论及其指导推拿治疗肌腱病的临床应用作一概述，以期为推拿治疗肌腱病的理论基础和临床应用提供新的研究思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| The theory of "tendon malposition and joint subluxation" has a long historical origin, exerting far-reaching influence on the development of tuina theories and schools in Chinese medicine（CM）. Tendinopathy, a common disorder in the musculoskeletal system, is recognized in CM as having the key pathogenesis of "tendon malposition and joint subluxation." Clinically, tuina therapy guided by this theory aims to achieve the therapeutic efficacy of bone repositioning, tendon relaxation, and free flow of qi and blood. This article provides an overview of the CM understanding of tendinopathy, the theoretical framework of "tendon malposition and joint subluxation," and its clinical application in guiding tuina treatment for tendinopathy, with the aim of offering new research perspectives for the theoretical foundation and clinical application of tuina therapy for tendinopathy. |
