| 在辅助生殖技术中，减少反复胚胎种植失败及复发性流产的发生是改善助孕结局的关键。全国名中医尤昭玲教授立足胎、孕、产的生理以及脏腑功能，创新性提出“养胎三部曲”。“养胎三部曲”指导体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）保胎过程中医全过程管理：着床期助孕，以健脾纳胎为主，兼顾补肾；孕早期固胎，以补肾固胎为主，兼顾健脾；孕中晚期育胎，脾肾并重。尤昭玲教授提出以通补并用为原则，脾肾并举，因时制宜，药膳结合，以提高IVF-ET胚胎种植率、活产率，减少不良妊娠风险，为解决种植失败、妊娠丢失等临床生殖难题提供思路。 |

| In assisted reproductive technology, reducing recurrent implantation failure and pregnancy loss is pivotal to improving conception outcomes. Professor YOU Zhaoling, the national famous TCM physician, grounding her approach in the physiology of conception, gestation and parturition together with visceral function, innovatively proposes the "Three-Stage FetalNurturing Protocol." This protocol guides Chinese medicine whole-course management for pregnancy maintenance after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer（IVF-ET）: during implantation period, assist conception by strengthening the spleen to secure the embryo, while secondarily tonifying the kidney; in early pregnancy, consolidate gestation by primarily tonifying the kidney to stabilize the fetus, while secondarily strengthening the spleen; in mid-and late pregnancy, nourish the fetus by simultaneously strengthening spleen and kidney. Professor YOU advocates the combined use of unblocking and tonifying methods, simultaneously regulating the spleen and kidney, tailoring measures to various stages, and integrating Chinese medicines with dietary therapy. This strategy aims to increase embryo implantation rates and live birth rates in IVF-ET while reducing the risks of adverse pregnancy outcomes, offering insights for clinical reproductive challenges such as implantation failure and pregnancy loss. |
