| 心系疾病是临床常见病、多发病、慢性病，具有高发病率、高致残率、高死亡率、高复发率的特点，西医治疗存在一定局限性，中医药治疗独具优势。国医大师熊继柏教授继承先贤理论，结合自身临床经验，提出胸痹重在辨清寒邪、痰饮、瘀血，心悸重在辨明虚实，治疗心系疾病要敢于坚守主方，且处方加减要有章法。本文从胸痹、心悸两个方面介绍熊继柏教授相关诊治经验，并附验案一则加以阐明，以期为临床治疗心系疾病提供参考。 |

| Cardiovascular disorders are clinically common, frequently occurring, and chronic conditions characterized by high morbidity, disability, mortality, and recurrence rates. While Western medicine has certain limitations, Chinese medicine offers unique advantages in treating these conditions. Professor XIONG Jibai, a National TCM Master, has inherited the theories of ancient medical experts and integrated them with his own clinical experience, proposing that in the treatment of chest bi-impediment, it is critical to differentiate various pathogenic factors such as cold, phlegm-fluid retention, and static blood, while in the treatment of palpitations, it is essential to distinguish between deficiency and excess patterns. Furthermore, he advocates adhering to the principal formulas in treating cardiovascular disorders, with modifications guided by systematic principles. This article presents Professor XIONG’s diagnostic and therapeutic experience from the perspectives of chest bi-impediment and palpitations, supplemented by a verified medical record, aiming to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of cardiovascular disorders. |
