| 心力衰竭是临床常见的心血管危重疾病，周亚滨教授认为常见病因为内寒伐心、心体受损、行运阻滞，并提出“温——温阳逐寒、温通心脉”“养——养心固本、奠定基石”“疏——疏调气血、疏散痰饮”3个治法。其遣方用药时灵活运用角药，以附子-肉桂-巴戟天温阳逐寒、温通心脉，黄芪-党参-当归养心固本，山药-白术-菟丝子补养脾肾，茯神-酸枣仁-远志安神定志，木香-香附-枳实疏调气机，水蛭-地龙-土鳖虫疏利瘀血，茯苓-大腹皮-益母草疏泄水湿，以改善心力衰竭患者的症状并提高患者的生存质量，发挥中医特色的优势作用。 |

| Heart failure（HF） is a critical and commonly encountered condition in the clinical practice of cardiovascular diseases. Professor ZHOU Yabin believes that the common etiologies of HF include attack from internal cold to the heart,impairment of the heart’s substance, and obstruction of its functional movement. He proposes three therapeutic methods of "warming-warming yang to expel cold and unblocking the heart vessels," "nourishing-nourishing the heart to consolidate the foundation and lay a solid cornerstone," and "unblocking-unblocking and regulating qi and blood and dispersing phlegm-fluid retention". When formulating and choosing medicines, he flexibly employs tri-medicine combinations. For instance, he uses Fuzi（Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata）-Rougui（Cinnamomi Cortex）-Bajitian（Morindae Officinalis Radix） to warm yang, expel cold, and unblock the heart vessels; Huangqi（Astragali Radix）-Dangshen（Codonopsis Radix）-Danggui（Angelicae Sinensis Radix） to nourish the heart and consolidate the foundation; Shanyao（Dioscoreae Rhizoma）-Baizhu（Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma）-Tusizi（Cuscutae Semen） to tonify and nourish the spleen and kidney; Fushen（Poria cum Radix Pini）-Suanzaoren（Ziziphi Spinosae Semen）-Yuanzhi（Polygalae Radix） to calm and settle the mind; Muxiang（Aucklandiae Radix）-Xiangfu（Cyperi Rhizoma）-Zhishi（Aurantii Fructus Immaturus） to dredge and regulate the qi mechanism; Shuizhi（Hirudo）-Dilong（Pheretima）-Tubiechong（Eupolyphaga Steleophaga） to unblock and eliminate stagnant blood; Fuling（Poria）-Dafupi（Arecae Pericarpium）-Yimucao（Leonuri Herba） to drain dampness and water retention. These combinations aim to improve the symptoms of HF patients, enhance their quality of life, and exert the distinctive advantages of Chinese medicine. |
