| 摘要: |
| 腰椎间盘突出症是骨伤科临床常见的一种疾病，属中医学“腰痛”“痹证”范畴。基于“亢害承制”理论认为，其主要病机为肝脾肾三脏亏损，承制不及或外伤，致痰湿、瘀血之邪亢盛而为害。在治疗过程中，应当标本兼治，注重补肝益肾，强筋壮骨；调和脾胃，化生气血，以恢复脏腑承制功能，抵御外邪。祛湿化痰，活血化瘀，行气通络以平抑亢害之力，恢复机体平衡，以达到治疗腰椎间盘突出症的目的。 |

| Abstract: |
| Lumbar disc herniation (LDH), a common clinical disease in orthopedics and traumatology, is categorized under the Chinese medicine patterns of "lower back pain" and "bi pattern". The theory of "harmful hyperactivity and responding inhibition" holds that the primary pathogenesis of LDH involves the deficiency of the liver, spleen, and kidney, leading to insufficient restraint capacity or traumatic injuries, which results in the hyperactivity of pathogenic factors such as phlegm dampness and blood stasis. In treatment, it is essential to treat both the tip and root, with an emphasis on tonifying the liver and kidney to strengthen the sinews and bones, as well as harmonizing the spleen and stomach to promote the generation of qi and blood, which aims to restore the restraining function of zang-fu and enhances the body's resistance to external pathogens. Additionally, interventions like eliminating dampness and transforming phlegm, circulating blood and transforming stasis, and circulating qi to unblock collaterals are essential to counteract hyperactivity and rebalance the body, thereby achieving the therapeutic goal for LDH. |
