| 孙氏腹针区穴位埋线结合重复经颅磁刺激治疗轻中度阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效研究 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 观察孙氏腹针区穴位埋线结合重复经颅磁刺激治疗轻中度阿尔茨海默病（AD）的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年4月至2024年5月就诊于黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院针灸门诊的轻中度AD患者60例，随机分为观察组（30例）与对照组（30例）。基础治疗均为口服盐酸多奈哌齐，对照组予重复经颅磁刺激；观察组在对照组基础上予孙氏腹针区穴位埋线，取穴“腹一区”“腹八区”。两组均治疗8周。比较两组患者治疗前后简易精神状态检查量表（MMSE）评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）评分、日常生活活动能力量表（ADL）评分，比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果 与治疗前比较，治疗后两组MMSE评分、MoCA评分、ADL评分均升高（P＜0.01），且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组临床疗效总有效率（86.67%）高于对照组（76.67%）（P＜0.05）。两组患者在治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论 孙氏腹针区穴位埋线结合重复经颅磁刺激可有效改善轻中度AD患者的认知功能和生活能力。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of SUN's abdominal acupuncture zone point catgut-embedding therapy combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in treating mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods A total of 60 patients with mild to moderate AD who visited the acupuncture outpatient clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to May 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group (n=30) and a control group (n=30). Both groups received oral donepezil hydrochloride as the basic treatment. The control group received rTMS, while the observation group received additional catgut-embedding therapy as acupoints in SUN's abdominal acupuncture zone. The acupoints selected were "Abdominal zone 1" and "Abdominal zone 8". Both groups underwent treatment for 8 weeks. The mini-mental state examinon (MMSE), Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA), and activities of daily living scale (ADL) scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of both groups. Results Compared with the pre-treatment state, the MMSE, MoCA, and ADL scores in both groups increased after treatment (P<0.01), with the observation group showing higher scores than the control group (P<0.05). The overall clinical efficacy rate in the observation group (86.67%) was higher than that in the control group (76.67%) (P<0.05). No adverse reactions were observed in either group during treatment. Conclusion SUN's abdominal acupuncture zone thread embedding combined with rTMS can effectively improve cognitive function and daily living ability in patients with mild to moderate AD. |
