| 摘要: |
| 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是一种以持续性气流受限和呼吸道症状为主要特征的慢性呼吸系统疾病，其患病率和病死率逐年升高，严重危害人类健康。中医学认为，本文围绕COPD的核心病机“肺肾两虚，气失出纳”探讨线粒体功能障碍在COPD发生发展中的作用以及肺肾失调与线粒体异常之间的内在联系，并阐述“金水相生”补肺益肾法在调控线粒体功能、改善疾病进程中的潜在价值，旨在为中医药防治COPD提供新的思路和参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic respiratory disorder characterized by persistent airflow limitation and respiratory symptoms. Its rising prevalence and mortality pose a serious threat to human health. The core pathogenesis of COPD is described as "dual deficiency of lung and kidney leading to dysfunction in qi exit and reception." Centered on this theory, the paper explores the role of mitochondrial dysfunction in the development and progression of COPD, as well as the intrinsic relationship between lung-kidney imbalance and mitochondrial abnormalities, and elaborates on the potential value of the therapeutic method of "metal-water mutual generation (tonifying the lung and kidney)" in regulating mitochondrial function and ameliorating disease progression. This paper aims to provide new insights and references for the prevention and treatment of COPD with Chinese medicine. |
