| 本文从科学方法论的认识论基础、系统论框架与实践论路径3个维度，系统剖析郭振球教授“微观辨证学”的理论构建与科学内涵。研究表明，微观辨证学实现了中医诊断方法论的三重根本性突破:将传统“司外揣内”发展为“内外互证”的认识路径，构建了“脏腑-神经-激素-免疫-代谢调节病机链”理论框架，确立了“文献-实验-临床”三位一体的研究范式。针对当前微观辨证研究中存在的还原论、指标堆砌与脱离临床等问题，回归郭振球教授原典思想，提出破解路径。微观辨证学理论体系并非简单引入现代检测技术，而是对中医诊断方法论的系统性创新，其“宏观统领微观、微观支撑宏观”的核心思想，对当代中医诊断学的发展具有重要指导价值。 |

| To systematically analyze the theoretical construction and scientific underpinnings of Professor GUO Zhenqiu's "microscopic pattern identification" theory from three dimensions of scientific methodology: its epistemological foundation, systems-theoretical framework, and practice-oriented pathway. Research shows that microscopic pattern identification has achieved three fundamental breakthroughs in the methodology of TCM diagnostics: it has transformed the traditional epistemological approach of "inferring the internal state from external manifestations" into one of "mutual corroboration between external manifestations and internal findings"; constructed a theoretical framework of the "pathogenetic regulatory chain linking the zang-fu organs, nervous system, hormones, immune system, and metabolism"; and established an integrated research paradigm combining literature research, experimental investigation, and clinical practice. To address the problems of reductionism, uncritical accumulation of indicators, and disconnection from clinical practice in current research on microscopic pattern identification, this paper revisits the foundational ideas in Professor GUO Zhenqiu's original writings and proposes corresponding solutions. The theoretical system of microscopic pattern identification does not merely introduce modern testing technologies; rather, it represents a systematic innovation in the methodology of TCM diagnostics. Its core principle that "macroscopic understanding guides microscopic investigation, while microscopic evidence supports macroscopic understanding" provides important guidance for the contemporary development of TCM diagnostics. |
