| 摘要: |
| 阿尔茨海默病（AD）是一种以进行性记忆减退和认知损害为核心特征的神经退行性疾病。本文认为其病机根本在于脾肾亏虚，病理关键为湿浊内蕴、血热扰神。其病机演变遵循“脾肾虚损→湿浊内生→郁而化热→湿热入血→瘀热互结→阴津耗伤”的动态过程。据此，构建以“健脾补肾、安神定志”为核心治则，以“芳香化浊、苦温燥湿、淡渗利湿、祛风胜湿”为祛湿四法、“清热泻火、凉血护阴、散瘀通阳”为凉血三法的协同治疗体系，以期为从“湿浊-血热”理论防治本病提供系统依据。 |

| Pathogenesis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease from the perspective of damp-turbidity and blood heat |

| Abstract: |
| Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized primarily by progressive memory decline and cognitive impairment. This article proposes that its fundamental pathogenesis lies in spleen-kidney deficiency, while the core pathological mechanism involves the internal accumulation of damp-turbidity and blood heat disturbing the mind. The progression of its pathogenesis follows a dynamic sequence: spleen-kidney deficiency, endogenous damp-turbidity formation, stagnation transforming into heat, damp-heat entering the blood, intermingling of stasis and heat, consumption of yin fluids. Accordingly, this article constructs a synergistic therapeutic system, which takes the core treatment principle of "strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney, calming and settling the mind" as the foundation, supplemented by the four dampness-dispelling methods of "transforming turbidity with aroma, drying dampness with bitter-warm medicinals, percolating and draining dampness with bland medicinals, dispelling wind and eliminating dampness," as well as the three blood-cooling methods of "clearing heat and reducing fire, cooling blood and protecting yin, dispersing stasis and unblocking yang." This framework aims to provide a systematic basis for preventing and treating AD from the theoretical perspective of damp-turbidity and blood heat. |
