| 双心疾病是指心血管系统疾病与焦虑抑郁等精神心理障碍共存的临床综合征。陆曙教授基于多年临床经验，提出“五维辨治范式”用于双心疾病的诊治。该范式涵盖五运六气、禀赋体质、证候方药、疾病层次与方药量效五个维度，以五运六气与禀赋体质定病机导向，以证候方药与疾病层次立处方框架，以方药量效求疗效精准，通过五维协同，系统性地实现双心疾病的个体化与整体治疗。文章附验案一则，以期为个体化治疗模式提供临证示范。 |

| Abstract: |
| Psycho-cardiological disease (PCD) refers to the clinical syndrome characterized by the coexistence of cardiovascular diseases and mental and psychological disorders, such as anxiety and depression. Based on years of clinical experience, Professor LU Shu proposed the "five-dimensional paradigm for pattern differentiation and treatment" for the diagnosis and treatment of PCD. This paradigm encompasses five dimensions: the five movements and six qi, constitutional endowment, patterns and corresponding formulas and medicines, disease levels, and dose-effect relationships of formulas and medicines. The five movements and six qi and constitutional endowment guide the identification of pathogenesis; patterns and their corresponding formulas and medicines, together with disease levels, establish the prescribing framework; and the dose-effect relationships of formulas and medicines are considered to achieve precise therapeutic effects. Through coordination across these five dimensions, the paradigm systematically facilitates individualized and holistic treatment of PCD. A verified medical record is presented to provide a clinical example of this individualized treatment model. |
