| 慢性肾脏病（CKD）起病隐匿，发病率高，进展至终末期需长期依赖肾脏替代治疗维持生命，经济负担重，已成为全球范围内重大公共卫生问题。基于《黄帝内经》提出的清浊概念，孙伟教授提出CKD的病机演变过程可概括为清浊失序、浊邪壅塞、浊毒损肾、正虚益甚，治疗当“以数调之”，以“益肾清利、和络泄浊”为法，注重以平为期，通过平补缓泄调脏腑、通浊道，最终达到分清浊、延肾衰的目的，为CKD的治疗提供新思路。附验案一则，以资佐证。 |

| Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is characterized by an insidious onset and a high prevalence. Once it progresses to end-stage renal disease (ESRD), long-term kidney replacement therapy is required to sustain life, imposing a substantial economic burden. CKD has therefore constituted a major public health concern worldwide. Drawing upon the concept of "the clear and the turbid" as expounded in the Huang Di Nei Jing (Huangdi's Classic of Medicine), Professor SUN Wei proposes that the pathogenetic evolution of CKD can be summarized as disorder between the clear and the turbid, followed by the accumulation and obstruction of turbid pathogens, their transformation into toxic pathogens over time, and increasingly severe deficiency of healthy qi. Treatment should follow the principle of "regulating them with appropriate methods" (yi shu tiao zhi) and adopt the therapeutic methods of "tonifying kidney and clearing heat, harmonizing collaterals and reducing turbidity." Emphasis is placed on "taking balance as the goal." Through balanced reinforcing and reducing, the zang-fu organs are regulated and the pathways for turbidity are unblocked, ultimately separating the clear from the turbid and delaying the progression of kidney failure, thereby offering a novel therapeutic strategy for CKD. A verified medical case is presented as supporting evidence. |
