| 摘要: |
| 子午流注针法是融合时间医学理念的传统针灸疗法，以十二经脉气血随昼夜时辰消长盛衰的变化规律为基础，强调针灸治疗应遵循定时、择时、顺时、析时的“因时施治”原则。本文系统梳理子午流注理论与现代时间医学中生物节律机制的契合点，归纳子午流注针法在不同系统疾病中的临床应用现状，肯定其临床应用价值与发展潜力。然而子午流注针法的进一步推广仍然面临机制阐释不足、理论体系复杂的客观局限。鉴于此，本文对子午流注针法在各系统疾病中的内在机制和应用效果进行系统性综述，以期为针灸临床诊疗的规范化与科学化提供理论支撑，并为推动子午流注针法在针灸治疗领域的融合应用提供新的研究思路与方向。 |

| Midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture is a traditional acupuncture therapy integrated with the concept of chronomedicine. Based on the cyclical changes of qi and blood in the twelve meridians according to circadian rhythms, it emphasizes that acupuncture treatment should follow the principles of time-based treatment, including fixing, choosing, following, and analyzing the time. This article systematically sorted out the convergence between the theory of the midnight-noon ebb-flow and the mechanism of biological rhythms in modern chronomedicine, summarized the current clinical application of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture in the diseases of different systems, and affirmed its clinical value and development potential. However, further popularization of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture is still objectively limited by the insufficient interpretation of its mechanism and the complexity of its theoretical system. Therefore, this study provides a systematic review of the intrinsic mechanisms and application effects of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture in the diseases of various systems. It aims to offer theoretical support for standardization and scientization of clinical acupuncture practice, as well as new research ideas and directions to promote the integrated application of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture in the field of acupuncture therapy. |
