| 回纹型风湿症是一种以反复发作的急性关节炎或关节周围炎为表现的疾病，中医治疗本病效果明显，且不易复发，具有独特优势。本文总结周学平教授治疗回纹型风湿症的临证经验。周学平教授认为，风湿热毒伏络是回纹型风湿症发病的关键，治法以祛风除湿、清热解毒为主，配合藤类药疏经通络，以清伏毒；体虚久病者重视培补肝脾肾三脏，力求扶正以祛邪。其用药特色鲜明，临床经验值得学习和推广，附验案一则加以佐证。 |

| Palindromic rheumatism (PR) is a disease characterized by recurrent episodes of acute arthritis or periarthritis, for which Chinese medicine (TCM) has demonstrated remarkable therapeutic efficacy and a relatively low recurrence rate. This article summarizes Professor ZHOU Xueping's clinical experience in managing PR. Professor ZHOU believes that key pathogenesis of this disorder lies in wind-dampness-heat toxin latent in the collaterals. The therapeutic approach focuses on eliminating wind and resolving dampness, clearing heat and removing toxin, supplemented with vine-derived medicinals to unblock the meridians and collaterals to eliminate latent toxins. For patients with a prolonged disease course and constitutional deficiency, particular emphasis is placed on supplementing and replenishing the liver, spleen, and kidney, thereby strengthening healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors. His distinctive medication strategy and valuable clinical experience are worthy of further study and promotion. A verified medical case is presented as supporting evidence. |
