| 樊新荣主任医师在痞满的诊治方面经验丰富，且形成了鲜明的治疗特色。少阳作为阴阳表里之枢，在维持脾胃功能与清浊升降的生理功能上发挥重要作用。痞满反复发作、迁延难愈，其核心病机在于少阳枢机不利，胃脘清浊不分。临证应从少阳论治，注重和解少阳、调畅气机以恢复脾胃健运；借助少阳脏腑辨证，和调表里、寒热、虚实。本文探讨少阳主枢理论在痞满中的应用，并附验案佐证，为临床提供治疗思路。 |

| Chief physician FAN Xinrong has accumulated extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric stuffiness and developed a distinctive therapeutic approach. In Chinese medicine, Shaoyang serves as the pivot between yin and yang as well as between the exterior and interior, playing an important role in maintaining the physiological functions of the spleen and stomach and regulating the ascent of the clear and descent of the turbid. The recurrent and persistent nature of epigastric fullness is primarily attributed to dysfunction of the Shaoyang pivot, resulting in failure to separate the clear from the turbid in the stomach duct. Clinically, treatment should be based on the Shaoyang differentiation, with emphasis on harmonizing Shaoyang and regulating qi movement to restore the normal transporting and transforming functions of the spleen and stomach. Meanwhile, Shaoyang zang-fu pattern identification is applied to harmonize the exterior and interior, cold and heat, as well as deficiency and excess. This article explores the application of the theory of Shaoyang governing the pivot in the treatment of gastric stuffiness and presents a verified medical record in support of the discussion, thereby providing therapeutic insights for clinical practice. |
