| 基于王孟英“人身气贵流行,百病皆由愆滞”思想,系统阐释气机愆滞与证候真假的内在关联,提出气机愆滞为寒热真假与虚实真假产生的核心环节。结合名家医案与论述,解析证候真假的诊断要点在于症状的取舍分析,溯源愆滞发生的原因;治疗要点在于根据本质病机与刻下之急选择治法以解除愆滞,以期为论治证候真假提供全新的思路与办法。 |

| Clinical essentials of true and false patterns from the perspective of qi movement stagnation |

| Abstract: |
| Based on WANG Mengying's proposition that "the human body depends on the free flow of qi, and all diseases arise from stagnation," this paper systematically elucidates the intrinsic relationship between qi movement stagnation and true or false patterns, and proposes that qi movement stagnation constitutes the pivotal mechanism underlying both true or false cold and heat patterns as well as true or false deficiency and excess patterns. Drawing upon medical records and theoretical discussions of famous physicians, the paper demonstrates that the key to differentiating true and false patterns lies in the selective analysis of clinical manifestations and in tracing the causes of stagnation. In clinical treatment, emphasis should be placed on resolving stagnation through appropriate therapeutic methods selected according to both the fundamental pathogenesis and the most urgent clinical condition. The paper aims to provide a new perspective and practical approach for pattern differentiation and treatment of true and false patterns. |
