| 摘要: |
| 目的 构建高校辅导员新质思想政治工作能力指标评价体系。方法 通过查阅文献与半结构式访谈，初步搭建了高校辅导员新质思想政治工作能力指标评价体系框架，运用德尔菲法开展两轮专家问卷调查、数据分析计算权重，最终确定指标体系及权重。结果 确立了由5个一级指标、13个二级指标和54个三级指标构成的高校辅导员新质思想政治工作能力评价体系及各项指标权重。结论 本研究构建的高校辅导员新质思想政治工作能力指标评价体系，能够准确反映当前高校辅导员需要具备的专业能力和职业素养，对于提升辅导员思想政治教育能力、推动高校思想政治工作的高质量发展和创新转型具有重要的理论与实践意义。 |

| Construction of indicator evaluation system for new-quality ideological and political work competence of university counselors in the new era |

| Objective To construct an indicator evaluation system for new-quality ideological and political work competence of university counselors. Methods Through literature review and semi-structured interviews, a framework was preliminarily established for the indicator evaluation system of new-quality ideological and political work competence of university counselors. The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert questionnaire surveys, and data analysis was performed to calculate weights,ultimately determining the indicator system and its weights. Results An evaluation system for new-quality ideological and political work competence of university counselors was established, consisting of five primary indicators, 13 secondary indicators, and 54 tertiary indicators, along with their respective weights. Conclusion The indicator evaluation system for new-quality ideological and political work competence of university counselors constructed in this study can accurately reflect the professional competencies and qualities that university counselors currently need. It holds significant theoretical and practical value for enhancing counselors' ideological and political education capabilities and promoting the high-quality development and innovative transformation of university ideological and political work. |
