| 摘要: |
| 反复种植失败（RIF）是辅助生殖技术中的难点，其病因复杂，子宫内膜容受性（ER）低下是关键因素之一，而薄型子宫内膜是容受性低下的重要因素。阴阳学说贯穿着事物新生和消亡的始终，《黄帝内经》中“阳化气”保证功能活动，“阴成形”提供物质基础。良好的子宫内膜容受性需要“阴成形”的功能保证足够内膜厚度与形态作为物质基础，以及“阳化气”所主导的内膜功能转化与接纳能力，二者动态协同，为胎元着床创造条件。本文基于“阳化气，阴成形”理论，阐述阳化气与阴成形的协同失常是RIF内膜容受性低的主要病机，以调和阴阳为总原则，运用中医药进行针对性干预，以恢复阳化气与阴成形的正常，改善ER，最终为提高RIF患者的临床妊娠率提供中医诊疗思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| Repeated implantation failure (RIF) is a major challenge in assisted reproductive technology with complicated causes. Low endometrial receptivity (ER) is a key factor, with a thin endometrium being a major contributor to reduced receptivity. The theory of yin and yang underpins the processes of generation and decay in all phenomena. According to the Huang Di Nei Jing (Huangdi's Classic of Medicine), "yang transforming qi" ensures functional activity, while "yin constituting form" provides the material basis. Good endometrial receptivity requires the function of "yin constituting form" to ensure sufficient endometrial thickness and morphology as the material basis, as well as the ability of "yang transforming qi" to lead the transformation and acceptance of endometrial function. The dynamic synergy of the two creates conditions for embryo implantation. Based on the theory of "yang transforming qi while yin constituting form", this article explains that the synergistic dysfunction of yang transforming qi and yin constituting form is the main pathogenesis of reduced endometrial receptivity in RIF. Following the general principle of harmonizing yin and yang, targeted interventions using Chinese medicine can restore the normal interplay between yang transforming qi and yin constituting form, improve ER, and ultimately provide TCM diagnostic and therapeutic insights to enhance the clinical pregnancy rate in RIF patients. |
