| 摘要: |
| “火与元气不两立”理论源自李东垣《脾胃论》，强调元气与阴火相互拮抗、此消彼长的动态关系。本文认为免疫性复发性流产的核心病机在于“气火失衡”，其中，脾胃虚损为发病之本，元气亏虚为病进之要，虚火痰瘀为病变之标。据此，提出健运脾胃、温阳益气，填精养血、固摄元气，清泻阴火、祛瘀化痰的治疗原则，以期为临床诊治该病提供新的辨证与治疗思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| The theory that "yin fire and primordial qi are intrinsically opposed" originates from LI Dongyuan's Pi Wei Lun(Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach), which emphasizes the dynamic relationship of mutual antagonism and waxing-waning between primordial qi and yin fire. This paper proposes that the core pathogenesis of immune-related recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)lies in "imbalance between qi and fire." Specifically, spleen-stomach deficiency is the root of the disease, primordial qi deficiency is the key factor in disease progression, and deficiency fire combined with phlegm and blood stasis constitutes the manifestations.Accordingly, therapeutic principles are put forward, including strengthening the spleen and stomach, warming yang and supplementing qi, enriching essence and nourishing blood, consolidating and stabilizing primordial qi, as well as clearing yin fire,eliminating phlegm, and resolving stasis. This aims to provide novel pattern differentiation and treatment ideas for the clinical management of this condition. |
