| 近年来，青少年假性近视呈高发态势，且现有推拿干预方案多局限于眼周局部，缺乏中医整体思维。本研究立足于“目-经筋-脏腑”整体理论，在经筋整体观指导下，融合经筋理论与脏腑辨证，依托经筋网络对视觉功能与脏腑精气的协同调控机制，围绕假性近视“过度用眼-筋结形成-脏腑失调”的核心病机，提出以“疏通横络筋结，脏腑辨证配穴”为核心的整体推拿治法，并制定“眶周筋膜手法松解术”“枕下肌群刺激术”“脏腑辨证配穴术”三项关键技术，通过松解筋结、畅通气血、调和脏腑，重建“目-经筋-脏腑”的动态平衡，为推拿安全、有效干预青少年假性近视提供整体理论框架和系统化临床实践方案。 |

| In recent years, adolescent pseudomyopia has been on the rise, while existing tuina interventions are mostly limited to the local periorbital region, lacking the holistic thinking of Chinese medicine. Grounded in the "eye-meridian sinewzang-fu organs" holistic theory and guided by the holistic concept of meridian sinew, this study integrates the meridian sinew theory with pattern differentiation of zang-fu organs. Relying on the synergistic regulatory mechanism of the meridian sinew network on visual function and the essence qi of zang-fu organs, and centered around the core pathogenesis of pseudomyopia, namely "excessive eye use-formation of sinew nodules-disharmony of zang-fu organs," this study proposes a holistic tuina treatment method centered on "unblocking transverse collateral sinew nodules and selecting acupoints based on pattern differentiation of zang-fu organs." Additionally, three key techniques are developed: "periorbital fascial release," "suboccipital muscle group stimulation," and "acupoint selection based on pattern differentiation of zang-fu organs." By releasing sinew nodules, promoting the free flow of qi and blood,and harmonizing the zang-fu organs, this approach aims to restore the dynamic balance of the "eye-meridian sinew-zang-fu organs" system, thereby providing a holistic theoretical framework and a systematic clinical practice protocol for the safe and effective tuina intervention in adolescent pseudomyopia. |
