| 摘要: |
| 五脏生克制化辨证模式是在中医五运六气学说的理论框架下确立的五脏功能整体辨证范式。其以气化作为理论基底，统合自然气化、人体脏腑气化与愈病气化全过程，通过探析五脏间生、克、复的动态关联，精准厘清疾病的核心病机本质。杜武勋教授运用五脏生克制化辨证模式论治冠心病合并抑郁症，归纳其核心病机为“中虚枢滞，木陷金逆”，即冠心病合并抑郁症非独一脏之病，实则五脏皆病，而以中轴窒塞、木金郁陷、升降失司为要。据此创立冠心病合并抑郁症的专方——胸痞方，意在扶助中气以复枢轴、疏达木金以调升降，以期为冠心病合并抑郁症的临床辨治提供参考。 |

| The pattern identification model of generation and restriction relationships among five zang organs represents a holistic paradigm for identifying five zang organ functions, established within the theoretical framework of TCM theory of five movements and six qi. This model takes qi transformation as its theoretical foundation, integrating the entire processes of natural qi transformation, qi transformation of zang fu organs in the human body, as well as disease-recovery qi transformation. By exploring the dynamic correlations of generation and restriction relationships among five zang organs, it precisely elucidates the core pathogenesis of diseases. Professor DU Wuxun applies this pattern identification model to treat coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated with depression, summarizing the core pathogenesis as "central qi deficiency with pivot stagnation, liver wood sinking with lung metal adverse rising." This indicates that CHD complicated with depression is not merely a disorder of a single organ but involves pathologies across all five zang organs, characterized primarily by central axis obstruction, depression and sinking of wood and metal, and dysfunction of ascending and descending regulation. Based on this understanding, he developed a specific formula for CHD complicated with depression—Xiongpi Formula, aiming to reinforce central qi to restore the pivot function and to soothe wood and metal to regulate ascending and descending. This provides a reference for clinical identification and treatment of CHD complicated with depression. |
