| 卵巢储备功能减退（DOR）作为女性常见的生殖内分泌疾病之一，其发病机制尚未完全明确。最新研究表明，以肠道菌群为主的微生物组学与DOR的发生密切相关。中医学认为，DOR的发病既责之于肾元亏虚，又因于心、脾功能失常，调补心脾可有效改善DOR的临床症状。本文基于“微生物-肠-脑轴”理论，总结中医药从心脾论治DOR的作用机制，以期为中医药治疗DOR提供新思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| Diminished ovarian reserve (DOR), as one of the common reproductive endocrine diseases in women, has an incompletely elucidated pathogenesis. Recent studies have indicated a close association between microbiomics, primarily centered around the gut microbiota, and the occurrence of DOR. TCM believes that the pathogenesis of DOR is attributed to both kidney essence deficiency and dysfunction of the heart and spleen. Regulating and nourishing the heart and spleen can effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms of DOR. Based on the "microbiome-gut-brain axis" theory, this article summarizes the mechanisms underlying TCM treatment of DOR from the perspective of the heart and spleen, aiming to provide novel insights for TCM interventions in DOR management. |
