| 新质生产力视域下中医药青年人才培养路径研究——基于青年人才托举工程项目的实践探索 |

| 目的 总结中医药青年人才托举工程项目(简称青托项目)在促进青年科技人才成长方面的具体成效,并分析新质生产力背景下项目存在的问题与优化方向。方法 本研究选取2017—2021年已完成青托项目的193人为调查对象,采用问卷调查法调查其基本信息及成长情况,并通过访谈法调研了解青年人才需求与建议。结果 青托项目对刚参加工作的青年科技人才具有显著的职业助推作用,其成效不仅体现在科研能力提升上,更在其职业发展路径上形成“加速效应”。数据显示,19%的托举人入选青托项目后获国家级人才项目,45%获省部级人才项目,50%有职称晋升,且25%存在破格晋升情况,45%主持2项国家级科研项目,34%获省部级科学技术奖,24%获全国学会奖项,70%持有2项及以上授权专利。但在新质生产力背景下,青托项目存在区域发展不均衡、传统与现代融合不足、成果转化率不足等问题。结论 青托项目能有效加速中医药青年科技人才的职业成长与科研产出。未来需从优化顶层设计、构建多维培养平台、完善成果转化机制等方面着手,为中医药现代化发展培育更多高素质后备领军人才。 |

| Cultivation pathways for young talents in Chinese medicine in the context of New Quality Productive Forces: A practical exploration based on the Young Talent Support Program |

| Objective To summarize the specific outcomes of the Youth Talent Support Program (YTSP) in fostering the growth of young sci-tech talents in Chinese medicine, and to analyze the existing problems and optimization directions of the program within the context of New Quality Productive Forces. Methods A total of 193 young talents who had completed the YTSP between 2017 and 2021 were recruited as the study participants. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the basic information and professional development status of these participants, and interviews were carried out to identify their needs and suggestions. Results The YTSP demonstrated a significant career-boosting effect on young sci-tech talents who have recently entered the workforce. Its effectiveness was reflected not only in the enhancement of scientific research capabilities but also in generating an "accelerating effect" along their career development pathways. Data indicated that following their selection for the YTSP, 19% of the sponsored talents were selected for national-level talent programs; 45% for provincial or ministerial-level talent projects; 50% received professional title promotions (including 25% receiving exceptional promotion); 45% presided over two national-level research projects; 34% received provincial or ministerial-level sci-tech awards; 24% won awards from national academic societies; and 70% held two or more authorized patents. However, in the context of New Quality Productive Forces, the program still faces challenges such as unbalanced regional development, insufficient integration of traditional and modern approaches, and a low rate of achievement transformation. Conclusion The YTSP effectively accelerates the career development and research output of young Chinese medicine sci-tech talents. Future efforts should focus on optimizing top-level design, constructing multi-dimensional cultivating platforms, and perfecting mechanisms for the transformation of sci-tech achievements, thereby nurturing more high-quality reserve leading talents for the modernization of Chinese medicine. |
