| 线粒体作为极其重要的细胞器，在人体生理活动中发挥着核心作用。线粒体功能障碍被认为是多种慢性呼吸系统疾病发生发展的根源，其参与慢性炎症、免疫应答、细胞衰老等多种生理病理过程。在中医理论体系中，肺阳虚是慢性呼吸系统疾病重要的证型之一。相关研究表明，线粒体功能障碍与肺阳虚在微观病理变化以及临床表现中展现出了高度相似性，肺阳虚可能与线粒体功能障碍密切相关。现通过梳理近年来相关文献，分析环境污染对线粒体功能的影响、线粒体功能障碍在慢性阻塞性肺疾病、哮喘、间质性肺病等常见呼吸系统疾病中的发病机制及其与肺阳虚的相关性，并总结中药活性成分与中药复方靶向线粒体功能障碍对肺阳虚证慢性呼吸系统疾病的调节作用，以期为肺阳虚与线粒体功能障碍相关性研究和中医药治疗呼吸系统疾病提供新思路。 |

| Mitochondria, as an extremely important organelle, play a central role in human physiological activities. Mitochondrial dysfunction is considered to be the root cause of the occurrence and development of various chronic respiratory diseases, and it is involved in multiple physiological and pathological processes such as chronic inflammation, immune response, and cell senescence. In the theoretical system of Chinese medicine, lung yang deficiency is one of the important patterns of chronic respiratory diseases. Relevant studies have shown that a high degree of similarity between mitochondrial dysfunction and lung yang deficiency in terms of microscopic pathological changes and clinical manifestations, suggesting a close correlation between lung yang deficiency and mitochondrial dysfunction. By reviewing the relevant literature in recent years, this paper analyzes the influence of environmental pollution on mitochondrial function, the pathogenic mechanisms of mitochondrial dysfunction in common respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis and its correlation with lung yang deficiency. Furthermore, it summarizes the regulatory effects of active components of Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine compound targeting mitochondrial dysfunction in chronic respiratory diseases with lung yang deficiency pattern, in order to provide new ideas for research on the correlation between lung yang deficiency and mitochondrial dysfunction, as well as the treatment of respiratory diseases with Chinese medicine. |
