| 摘要: |
| 总结国医大师韩明向教授从“龙虎回环”理论辨治心因性咳嗽的临证经验。韩明向教授认为，心因性咳嗽归属于中医学“肝咳”范畴，与肝肺两脏密切相关。该病病机核心为肝肺气机升降失司，可分为肝气郁结、痰浊壅肺证（龙虎气滞痰阻）；肝木化火、刑灼肺络证（龙虎火热相搏）；肝阴亏虚、肺失濡润证（龙虎阴液不济）；肝风内动、上扰肺金证（龙虎风动逆乱）。在治疗上，分别施以疏肝郁、降肺气以化痰浊，清肝火、通肺络以泻火热，滋肝阴、润肺燥以养阴液，息肝风、利肺金以平逆乱；以上四法均取得较好的临床疗效，附验案一则加以佐证。 |

| National TCM Master HAN Mingxiang's experience of pattern-based treatment of psychogenic cough under the "dragon-tiger cyclic interplay" theory |

| Abstract: |
| This paper aims to summarize the clinical experience of National TCM Master HAN Mingxiang in treating psychogenic cough (PC) based on the theory of "dragon-tiger cyclic interplay". Professor HAN classifies PC within the TCM category of "liver-related cough", involving close liver and lung interactions. The core pathogenesis lies in the dysregulation of the ascending and descending qi movements between the liver and lung. It can be classified into four predominant patterns: liver qi stagnation and phlegm dampness accumulating in the lung pattern (dragon-tiger qi stagnation and phlegm retention); liver wood transforming into fire and scorching the lung collateral pattern (dragon-tiger fire and heat contending with each other); liver yin deficiency and lung loss of nourishment and moisturization pattern (dragon-tiger yin fluids insufficiency); internal stirring of liver wind and disturbing the lung metal pattern (dragon-tiger wind agitation and counterflow). Corresponding treatments are implemented as follows: soothing liver qi stagnation and down-regulating lung qi to transform phlegm dampness; clearing liver fire and unblocking lung collaterals to clear fire heat; supplementing liver yin and moistening lung dryness to nourish yin fluids; and extinguishing liver wind and promoting lung metal to soothe the counterflow. All these four approaches have yielded favorable clinical outcomes, as illustrated by a representative case study. |
