| 摘要: |
| 梳理湖南省中药材产业在资源禀赋、种业体系、生态种植、质量标准、组织模式及乡村振兴等方面的主要成就，深入剖析其存在的规划统筹不够、良种瓶颈、加工短板、品牌不强和产业链脆弱等核心问题。在此基础上，提出促进湖南中药材产业高质量发展的建议：加强顶层设计，促进全产业链协同发展；强化种业创新，构建现代良种繁育体系；推动标准化种养，提升集约化水平；补齐加工短板，健全质量监管；打造核心品牌，提升市场竞争力；完善政策保障，增强产业抗风险能力。 |

| Reflections and recommendations on the development of the Chinese medicinal materials industry in Hunan Province |

| Abstract: |
| This study systematically reviews the major achievements of Hunan Province's Chinese medicinal materials industry in terms of resource endowment, seed industry system, ecological cultivation, quality standards, organizational models, and rural revitalization. It also provides an in-depth analysis of core challenges facing the industry, including insufficient strategic coordination, shortage of elite seeds breeding, weaknesses in processing capacity, underdeveloped branding, and the vulnerability of the industrial chain. Based on this analysis, targeted recommendations are proposed to steer the industry toward high-quality development: strengthening top-level design to foster synergistic development across the entire industrial chain; enhancing seed industry innovation to establish a modern elite seed breeding system; advancing standardized cultivation and breeding to improve intensive production levels; improving quality supervision to address weaknesses in processing; building core brands to enhance market competitiveness; and refining policy support to strengthen the industry's resilience against risks. |
