| 脑卒中后口腔期吞咽障碍是发生在脑卒中后的一种由于双唇、颊面、下颌、舌、咽喉等器官结构功能受损，无法顺利将食物由口腔输送到咽部的病理过程。李晓宁教授认为“形损神衰，口颊失用”是脑卒中后口腔期吞咽障碍患者的核心病机，具体病机为正气不足，邪客经络，真气不能荣于脑，元神失养而神衰，则神机失用，治宜复形调神、围邪攻之。李晓宁教授结合易经哲学与现代解剖理论，独创“四隅围刺”针法结合电针治疗脑卒中后口腔期吞咽障碍，附验案1则以佐证。 |

| Post-stroke oral phase dysphagia is a pathological process that occurs after a stroke, characterized by the impaired structural and functional integrity of organs such as the lips, cheeks, mandible, tongue, and pharynx, resulting in the inability to smoothly transfer food from the oral cavity to the pharynx. Professor LI Xiaoning posits that "physical impairment leading to spiritual decline and oral-cheek dysfunction" represents the core pathogenesis in patients with post-stroke oral phase dysphagia. The specific pathogenesis involves deficiency of healthy qi with pathogenic factors invading the meridians. This results in genuine qi being unable to nourish the brain; the original spirit is deprived of sustenance, leading to spiritual decline. Consequently, the vital functions of the spirit become impaired. The recommended treatment approach is to restore physical form, regulate the spirit, and surround and expel pathogenic factors. Professor LI Xiaoning, integrating philosophical concepts from the Yi Jing (Book of Changes) with modern anatomical theories, has developed a unique "four-corner surrounding needling" technique combined with electroacupuncture for the treatment of post-stroke oral phase dysphagia. A verified medical record is included to provide supporting evidence. |
