| 总结邓奕辉教授运用升降四妙散治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床经验。邓奕辉教授认为，急性痛风性关节炎病在关节，以关节红肿热痛为主症，核心病机为“气郁浊阻，毒损关节”，其中以“气机郁滞，升降失调”为本，以“湿热浊毒痹阻关节”为标，治法为“调气化浊，解毒通络”，方选升降四妙散加减，在临床上取得良好疗效。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper has summarized Professor DENG Yihui’s clinical experience in treating acute gouty arthritis（AGA）with Shengjiang Simiao Powder（SJSMP）. Professor DENG Yihui believes that AGA is mainly characterized by joint redness,swelling, heat and pain. The core pathogenesis is "qi stagnation and turbid obstruction, toxic damage to joints", with "qi stagnation and imbalance of qi ascending and descending" as the root cause and "damp heat turbidity and toxic obstruction of joints" as the manifestation. The treatment method is "regulating qi and transforming turbidity, removing toxins and unblocking collaterals", and the formula is the modified SJSMP with excellent clinical efficacy. |
