| 摘要: |
| 新冠肺炎后疫情时代，特发性肺纤维化（IPF）发病率有所上升，对公众健康造成了严重危害。梁繁荣教授提出以“滋阴逐痰”为基本治法，以“针药并用”为干预手段，以“医养结合”为康复理念，形成了IPF一体化的诊疗方案。本文通过论述IPF的中医病因，并附以相关验案，全面总结梁繁荣教授治疗IPF的临床经验，以期为该病的综合治疗提供参考。 |

| In the post-COVID-19 era, the incidence of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis（IPF） has increased, posing a serious threat to public health. Professor LIANG Fanrong has proposed a comprehensive treatment plan for IPF, which is based on the principle of "nourishing yin and eliminating phlegm", the intervention method of "integrating acupuncture and medication", and the rehabilitation concept of "integrating medical care with health maintenance". This paper focuses on the TCM etiologies of IPF and provides relevant medical records to comprehensively summarize Professor LIANG’s clinical experience in treating IPF, with the aim of providing a reference for the treatment. |
