| 疏郁安咽汤联合刮痧治疗肝郁脾虚型喉咽反流咽部异物感患者的临床观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 观察疏郁安咽汤联合刮痧治疗肝郁脾虚型喉咽反流咽部异物感患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年10月—2024年10月于河北省中医院耳鼻喉科诊治的80例喉咽反流咽部异物感患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。治疗组患者口服中药疏郁安咽汤联合刮痧，对照组患者口服西药奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊。2组均治疗4周后，比较两组治疗前后的疗效、中医证候积分、反流症状指数量表（RSI）、反流体征评分（RFS）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）与丙二醛（MDA）。结果 治疗组患者总有效率92.50%，对照组患者总有效率75.00%，治疗组高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组中医证候积分、RSI评分、RFS评分、MDA低于治疗前,且治疗组中的上述指标低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组SOD均升高（P<0.001），且治疗组高于对照组（P<0.001）。结论 疏郁安咽汤联合刮痧治疗肝郁脾虚型喉咽反流咽部异物感患者疗效明显，可有效改善患者咽部异物感、降低患者的反流概率，减轻炎症反应和氧化应激，具有临床应用价值。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuyu Anyan Decoction（SYAYD） combined with scraping therapy in treating patients with throat foreign body sensation associated with laryngopharyngeal reflux of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency pattern. Methods A total of 80 patients with throat foreign body sensation associated with laryngopharyngeal reflux, who were treated in the otolaryngology department of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from October 2023 to October2024, were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 40 patients in each group. Patients in the treatment group received oral administration of the Chinese medicine SYAYD combined with scraping therapy, while patients in the control group were treated with the Western medicine Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules. After 4 weeks of treatment in both groups, The therapeutic efficacy, Chinese medicine pattern scores, reflux symptom index（RSI）, reflux finding score（RFS）, superoxide dismutase（SOD） levels, and malondialdehyde（MDA） levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50% and that of the control group was 75.00%, with the treatment group’s rate being higher than that of the control group（P＜0.05）. After treatment, the Chinese medicine pattern scores, RSI scores, RFS scores,and MDA levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment（P＜0.001）, with the treatment group exhibiting lower values than the control group（P＜0.001）. After treatment, SOD levels increased in both groups（P＜0.001）, with the treatment group showing higher levels than the control group（P ＜0.001）. Conclusion SYAYD combined with scraping therapy demonstrates a notable therapeutic efficacy in treating patients with throat foreign body sensation associated with laryngopharyngeal reflux of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency pattern. It can effectively relieve the throat foreign body sensation, reduce reflux incidence, and alleviate inflammatory response and oxidative stress, indicating clinical application value. |
