摘要: |
随着全球环境污染问题的加剧,颗粒物对人体健康的影响备受关注。颗粒物通过呼吸道进入肺部,引发一系列病理变化,对人体代谢过程产生重要影响。本研究概述代谢组学技术在不同类别颗粒物致肺损伤及中医药干预领域的应用,揭示颗粒物致肺损伤的潜在生物标志物,以及中医药通过调控代谢途径对颗粒物致肺损伤的保护作用。通过总结现有研究,本文提出当前研究存在生物样品选择单一、结果差异大、数据解析困难等问题,未来需加强多组学技术平台联合分析,推动代谢组学与中医药的结合,为颗粒物致肺损伤的防治提供新的思路和方法。 |

Abstract: |
As global environmental pollution intensifies, the health impacts of particulate matter (PM) have garnered significant attention. PM enters the lungs through the respiratory tract, triggering a series of pathological changes and profoundly affecting human metabolic processes. This review summarizes the applications of metabolomics technology in investigating lung injuries caused by different PM categories and the interventions with Chinese medicine, aiming to uncover potential biomarkers of PM-induced lung damage and elucidate the protective mechanisms of Chinese medicine through regulation of metabolic pathways. By synthesizing current research, this review identifies critical limitations including homogeneity in biosample selection, significant variability in research outcomes, and challenges in data interpretation. Future investigations should prioritize multi-omics integrated analysis platforms, promote the integration of metabolomics with Chinese medicine, thereby providing novel perspectives and methodologies for preventing and treating PM-induced lung injuries. |
