摘要: |
传统保健体育既具有体育育人的基本性质,又具有传统文化的独特性,为课程思政提供了得天独厚的条件。本文从中华优秀传统文化、社会主义核心价值观以及职业道德教育3个方面论述传统保健体育的课程思政特色,并以健身气功为例,从思政元素挖掘、教学方法与手段的创新及思政学习效果评价等方面进行实践教学的设计与探讨,旨在实现弘扬优秀传统文化、培养团结奋进精神的思政核心目标。 |

Exploration on the design and practice of ideological and political education in traditional physical education curriculum: Taking the course of Health-preserving Qigong as an example |

Abstract: |
Traditional physical education not only possesses the basic nature of nurturing individuals through sports but also embodies the uniqueness of traditional culture, offering exceptional conditions for integrating ideological and political education into curriculum. This paper discusses the characteristics of curriculum-based ideological and political education in traditional physical education from three aspects: excellent traditional Chinese culture, socialist core values, and professional ethics education. Taking the course of Health-preserving Qigong as an example, the paper designs and delves into practical teaching by exploring the extraction of ideological and political elements, innovating teaching methods and approaches, and evaluating the of ideological and political learning outcomes. It aims to achieve the core ideological and political objectives of promoting excellent traditional culture and cultivating a spirit of unity and progress. |
