| 摘要: |
| 玄府学说与水血同治法立足于气血津液理论，多有共通之处。玄府通利，气机畅达，血利水行，精血濡养于目得以视，神光得以发越；玄府郁闭，气机紊乱，壅塞不通，血瘀水停则目病始生，水血互累则目病难治。本文从气血津液的角度入手，结合玄府理论、水血同治法，从“开通玄府-活血利水”论治青光眼、视网膜静脉阻塞、黄斑水肿、糖尿病视网膜病变等内障眼病，以期推广应用。 |

| Abstract: |
| The Xuanfu（sweat pores, interstices, cavities, etc.） theory and the method of treating water retention and blood stasis simultaneously are based on the theory of qi, blood, and body fluids, sharing many similarities. When the Xuanfu are open and unblocked, qi flows freely, blood and body fluids circulate smoothly, so the eyes are nourished by the essence and blood,ensuring normal vision and full vitality. However, when the Xuanfu are blocked, the flow of qi is disordered, causing obstruction and stagnation, and blood stasis and water retention occur, leading to eye diseases. Moreover, when water retention and blood stasis mutually affect each other adversely, the eye diseases become difficult to treat. Starting from the perspective of qi, blood, and body fluids, combined the theory of Xuanfu and the method of treating water retention and blood stasis simultaneously, this article discusses the treatment of internal eye diseases such as glaucoma, retinal vein occlusion, macular edema, and diabetic retinopathy based on "opening Xuanfu, circulating blood and draining water retention", and hopes for further application. |
