| 摘要: |
| 肝癌是我国常见恶性肿瘤之一，其发病过程可概括为“多因致病，癌毒致病，因虚致癌，因癌致虚，虚实夹杂”。潘敏求教授认为，肝癌的病机为“瘀、毒、虚”，三者互为因果，相兼为病，且在疾病发展的不同时期各有侧重，故临床治疗肝癌要明辨攻补时机，及时调整攻补关系，以“补益攻伐，相间而进”法为治疗总则。从“攻补”的角度论证潘敏求教授分期治疗肝癌的辨治思路及用药经验，并附验案一则加以阐明。 |

| Abstract: |
| Liver cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in China, and its pathogenesis can be summarized as "multiple factors contributing to the disease, cancer toxins causing illness, deficiency leading to cancer, cancer resulting in deficiency, and combined deficiency and excess". Professor PAN Minqiu believes that the pathogenesis of liver cancer involves "stasis, toxin, and deficiency", with the three mutually reinforcing each other as causes and effects, and coexisting as diseases.Moreover, each of these factors has its own emphasis in different stages of disease progression. Therefore, in clinical treatment of liver cancer, it is essential to discern the right time for purging and tonifying, and promptly adjust the relationship between purging and tonifying, with the principle of "tonifying and purging alternately". This article demonstrates Professor PAN Minqiu’s thoughts on differentiation and treatment, as well as his medication experience in treating liver cancer from the perspective of "tonifying and purging" according to different stages, and illustrates this with a verified medical record. |
