| 摘要: |
| 干眼是一种多因素的慢性眼部疾病，其病情迁延反复、难以完全治愈，与伏邪特点相合。结合本病目失濡泽的基本特征，导致干眼的可伏之邪主要为伏燥、伏湿、伏火等，藏伏之处为肺、脾、肝，另外因三焦既可布津液润目又可行伏邪害目，故邪可伏于三焦。治疗上祛邪与扶正并重，祛邪以养阴利邪，即通利三焦、祛邪生津贯穿治疗始终，扶正以顾护正气、调和阴阳，同时强调养生调摄的重要性。并附临床案例1则，以期为干眼的防治提供新思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| Dry eye is a chronic ocular disease with multiple etiologies, characterized by lingering and recurrent symptoms that are difficult to completely cure, which is in accordance with the characteristics of latent pathogenic factors. Based on the fundamental feature of the disease—the loss of nourishing and moistening in the eyes, it is believed that the latent pathogenic factors contributing to dry eyes mainly include latent dryness, latent dampness, and latent fire, which are primarily harbored in the lungs, spleen, and liver. In addition, the sanjiao is the common passage of body fluids to moisten the eyes and latent pathogenic factors that harm the eyes, so the pathogenic factors can also be latent in the sanjiao. In treatment, eliminating pathogenic factors and reinforcing healthy qi are given the same importance. Eliminating pathogenic factors involves nourishing yin and expelling pathogens, that is, unblocking the sanjiao, eliminating pathogenic factors, and generating body fluids throughout the treatment course. Reinforcing healthy qi focuses on protecting the healthy qi and harmonizing yin and yang. Meanwhile, the importance of health preservation and regulation is emphasized. One clinical case is attached to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of dry eye. |
