| 针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍（post stroke dysphygia, PSD）历史悠久，具有操作便捷、疗效显著的特点，以针刺为主的综合治疗方法在PSD的防治中发挥越来越重要的作用。通过整理近年来针刺联合球囊扩张术治疗PSD的文献，对PSD的相关发病机制以及不同针刺治疗的常见取穴进行总结。同时，从治疗效应与减缓并发症等方面论述针刺联合球囊扩张术治疗PSD的研究现状，为阐明针刺联合球囊扩张术对PSD的干预作用提供参考，为临床提供可靠的创新治疗思路。 |

| Acupuncture has a long history in the treatment of post-stroke dysphygia (PSD), with the characteristics of convenient operation and significant efficacy. Comprehensive treatment centered on acupuncture are playing an increasingly important role in the prevention and treatment of PSD. By reviewing recent literature on acupuncture combined with balloon dilatation (ACBD) treating PSD, this paper summarizes the related pathogenesis of PSD and the common acupoint selection used in different acupuncture treatments. Additionally, it discusses the current research status of ACBD in the treatment of PSD from the aspects of therapeutic effects and complication reduction, providing a reference for elucidating the intervention effects of ACBD on PSD and offering reliable innovative treatment ideas for clinical practice. |
