摘要: |
数字赋能乡村医生继续教育的高质量发展,是农村地区医疗卫生服务提质升级的必由之路,也是构建农村医疗卫生服务新发展格局的迫切需要。以湖南省乡村医生为研究对象,对数字赋能乡村医生继续教育路径的应然图景进行概述。立足于湖南省乡村医生继续教育的实然图景:乡村医生继续教育需求管理阻滞、乡村医生继续教育供给失调、乡村医生继续教育供需失配困境,从乡村医生继续教育的需求、供给和供需适配这3个维度来分析数字技术如何实现乡村医生继续教育高质量发展。并提出了强化乡村医生继续教育需求调研工作、打造乡村医生继续教育数字化学习平台、提升乡村医生数字素养、建立以基层党组织为准心的数字继续教育监管体、提升乡村医生继续教育管理规范化水平、提高乡村医生继续教育师资水平、高效配置乡村医生继续教育资源、深度融合数字技术与乡村医生继续教育、提升乡村医生继续教育财政资金使用效率等数字赋能的具体实践路径。为进一步提升乡村医生继续教育的质效提供了理论借鉴与实践参考。 |

Abstract: |
The high-quality development of the continuing education of rural doctors with digital empowerment is an essential path for upgrading the quality of medical and health services in rural areas, and also an urgent need to establish a new development pattern of rural medical and health services. Taking rural doctors in Hunan Province as the research subject, this paper outlines the ideal vision for the paths of digital empowerment of continuing education for rural doctors. Continuing education for rural doctors in Hunan Province is faced with the obstruction in the demand management, the imbalance in the supply, and the dilemma of mismatch between supply and demand. Based on these real situations, this paper analyzes how digital technology can achieve high-quality development of continuing education for rural doctors from three dimensions of demand, supply, and supply-demand adaptation. It also proposes specific practical paths for digital empowerment of continuing education for rural doctors, such as strengthening the research work on the doctors' demands, creating a digital learning platform, improving the digital literacy of rural doctors, establishing a digital continuing education supervision body centered on grassroots communist party organizations, enhancing the standardization level of management, improving the level of teaching staff, efficiently allocating resources, deeply integrating digital technology, and raising the efficiency of fiscal fund utilization. It provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for further improving the quality and effectiveness of rural doctors' continuing education. |
