| 摘要: |
| 失眠为临床常见病。长期失眠，严重影响患者的身心健康和生活质量。国医大师沈宝藩从医60余年，擅治内科疾病。对于治疗失眠，积累了丰富的经验。沈宝藩教授认为失眠主要病机为心肝血虚，心神不宁。治疗上以养血安神为法，创立了养心汤，意在养血安神、调肝养心，临床收效颇佳，附验案两则加以阐明。 |

| Abstract: |
| Insomnia is a common clinical disease. Long-term insomnia seriously affects patients' physical and mental health as well as their quality of life. Professor SHEN Baofan, the National TCM Master, has been practicing medicine for over 60 years and is skilled in treating internal diseases. He has accumulated rich experience in treating insomnia, and he believes that the main pathogenesis of insomnia is blood deficiency of the heart and liver and disquieted heart spirit. In treatment, he emphasizes nourishing blood and calming the mind, and has created Yangxin Decoction, aiming to nourish blood and calm the mind, regulate the liver and nourish the heart, which has achieved good clinical efficacy. In addition, two cases are attached for further illustration. |
