摘要: |
目的 构建基于核心素养的中医药院校护理专业本科学生指标体系。方法 通过访谈、专家咨询等实证研究方法,初步拟定中医药院校护理专业本科学生核心素养评价指标体系框架,通过两轮问卷及数据分析计算权重,确定最终指标权重。结果 确立了包含5个一级指标、15个二级指标、44个三级指标的中医药院校护理专业本科学生核心素养指标体系及各项指标权重。结论 本研究构建的核心素养指标体系有利于中医药院校护理专业本科学生核心素养的培育以及教学改革,对于中医药院校提升护理专业人才培养质量、中医药事业的发展具有重要的现实意义。 |

Construction of core literacy index system for nursing undergraduates in TCM colleges and universities |

Abstract: |
Objective To construct the core literacy index system for nursing undergraduates in TCM colleges and universities. Methods Through interviews, expert consultation, and other empirical research methods, the framework of core literacy evaluation index system for nursing undergraduates in TCM colleges and universities was preliminarily formulated. Then the final index weight was determined by two rounds of questionnaires and data analysis. Results The core literacy index system and the weight of each index of nursing undergraduates in TCM colleges and universities were constructed, covering five first-level indicators, 15 second-level indicators, and 44 third-level indicators. Conclusion The constructed core literacy index system is conducive to the cultivation of the core literacy of nursing undergraduates as well as the teaching reform of undergraduate courses in TCM colleges and universities, and has important practical significance for improving the quality of nursing professionals training in TCM colleges and universities as well as the development of Chinese medicine. |
