多头感应加热电火针联合308 nm准分子激光对稳定期非节段型白癜风的疗效观察 |

摘要: |
目的 观察多头感应加热电火针联合308 nm准分子激光对稳定期非节段型白癜风的临床疗效及操作效率。方法 90例来自2022年5月至2022年10月北京中医药大学厦门医院医疗美容科门诊的稳定期非节段型白癜风患者,采用随机数字表法分为3组:观察组、对照组和基础组,每组30例。基础组采取308 nm准分子激光治疗,对照组在基础组的治疗基础上联合传统火针治疗,观察组在基础组的治疗基础上联合多头感应加热电火针治疗,3组均连续治疗12周。观察3组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、白癜风面积评分指数(vitiligo area scoring index,VASI)评分和皮肤病生活质量指数(dermatology life quality index,DLQI)评分变化,计算观察组与对照组火针疗法操作效率,并观察治疗中的不良反应发生情况。结果 总有效率方面,观察组略优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组和对照组明显优于基础组(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组VASI评分和DLQI评分低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组与对照组在VASI评分、DLQI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组与对照组VASI评分、DLQI评分均低于基础组(P<0.05)。火针治疗后,观察组与对照组VAS评分均大于火针治疗前(P<0.05);但观察组VAS评分小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组每分钟进针次数高于对照组(P<0.05),医师操作效率提升明显。结论 多头感应加热电火针联合308 nm准分子激光对稳定期非节段型白癜风疗效显著,可减少患者痛感,提升患者生活质量,提高医师操作效率,并避免明火,较传统火针优势明显。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and operational efficiency of multi-head induction heating electric fire needle combined with 308 nm excimer laser on stable non-segmental vitiligo.Methods A total of 90 patients with stable nonsegmental vitiligo from the Medical Cosmetology Department of Xiamen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to October 2022 were assigned into observation, control, and basic groups by random number table method, with 30cases in each group. The basic group was treated with 308 nm excimer laser, while the control group was treated with traditional fire needle therapy based on the treatment of the basic group. The observation group was treated with multi-head induction heating electric fire needle therapy based on the treatment of the basic group. All three groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.Changes in visual analogue scale(VAS), vitiligo area scoring index(VASI), and dermatology life quality index(DLQI) scores of the three groups before and after treatment were observed, the operational efficiency of fire needle therapy in the observation and the control groups was calculated, and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was observed.Results In terms of total effective rate, the observation group was slightly better than the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05); the observation and control groups were significantly better than the basic group(P<0.05). After treatment, the VASI and DLQI scores of the three groups were lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05); there was no statistically significant difference in VASI and DLQI scores between the observation and the control groups(P>0.05); the VASI and DLQI scores of the observation and the control groups were lower than those of the basic group(P<0.05). After fire needle treatment, the VAS scores of the observation and the control groups were both higher than those before fire needle treatment(P<0.05); but the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The number of needle injection per minute in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the efficiency of physician operation was significantly improved.Conclusion The combination of multi-head induction heating electric fire needle and 308 nm excimer laser has significant therapeutic effects on stable non-segmental vitiligo. With obvious advantages over traditional fire needle, it can reduce the pain of patients, improve the patients' quality of life, enhance operation efficiency of physicians, and avoid open flame. |
