| 摘要: |
| 目的 研究穴位敷贴联合精细化护理干预慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者的效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年12月于湖南中医药大学第一附属医院肛肠科住院的慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者98例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组49例。两组患者均采取中西医结合治疗，在此基础上，对照组采取常规护理，观察组予以穴位敷贴联合精细化护理。两组均干预10 d，比较两组的临床疗效、护理满意度、血清炎症因子水平、自我护理能力及生活质量。结果 干预后，观察组临床总有效率高于对照组（P<0.01），观察组满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）；干预后，两组患者TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于干预前（P<0.01），且观察组TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组（P<0.01）；干预后，两组患者ESCA量表评分、GQOL-74量表评分均高于干预前（P<0.01），且观察组ESCA量表评分、GQOL-74量表评分均高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 穴位敷贴联合精细化护理优于常规护理，有助于提高慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗效果，可下调炎症因子水平，提高患者的自护能力、生活质量及满意度，有利于患者的康复。 |

| Objective To study the effects of acupoint application combined with refined nursing intervention on patients with chronic non-specific ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 98 patients with chronic non-specific ulcerative colitis who were hospitalized in the Anorectal Department of the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly assigned into control and observation groups by random number table method, with 49cases in each group. Both groups were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. On this basis, the control and observation groups were treated with routine care and acupoint application combined with refined nursing respectively. Both groups were intervened for ten days, and the clinical efficacy, nursing satisfaction, serum inflammatory factor levels, self-care ability, and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention, the total clinical effective rate and the satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively); the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.01), and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01); the scores of ESCA and GQOL-74 scales in both groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.01), and the scores of ESCA and GQOL-74 scales in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with refined nursing is superior to routine nursing. It can be helpful to improve the therapeutic effects on patients with chronic non-specific ulcerative colitis, lower the level of inflammatory factors, improve the self-care ability, quality of life, and satisfaction of patients, and thereby facilitate their recovery. |
