| 基于全国中医药院校英语本科专业人才培养现状和困境,探索"四新"战略背景下"英语+中医药"交叉复合人才优化策略,提出当前各中医药院校英语专业的开设需顺应国家"四新"战略需求。各中医药院校在专业培养目标和课程设置上应突出中医学与英语学科交叉融合的特色,通过修订目标定位、调整课程设置、合理延长学制、配备适应资源及融入"一带一路"战略等路径,培养能服务于国家的卫生外交战略、促进跨文化医学交流的交叉复合型"英语+中医药"新型人才。 |

| Abstract: |
| To explore the optimization strategies of cross-disciplinary "English+TCM" talent cultivation under the background of the "Four New" Strategy based on the current situation and difficulties of English undergraduate majors in TCM colleges and universities nationwide. The essay proposes that the establishment of "English+TCM" majors in Chinese medicine colleges and universities should conform to the national demand of "Four New" Strategy. It suggests that the Chinese medicine colleges and universities should highlight the characteristics of cross-disciplinary integration of "English+TCM" in their professional cultivating objectives and curriculum settings. Through revising target orientation, adjusting curriculum settings, reasonably extending schooling system, providing adaptive resources, and integrating into the "Belt and Road" strategy, cross-disciplinary "English+TCM" talent who can both serve the national health diplomacy strategy and promote cross-cultural medical communication are expected to be cultivated. |
