| 湖南中医药大学第一附属医院牢牢把握公立中医医院高质量发展内涵要求,结合发展实际,明确"中医领尖、西医领先、人才领路、管理领航、医院领跑"的发展战略,提出"护好一块牌,做好两件事,抓好三个点,健全四个面,夯实五件事"的发展思路,提前实现综合实力迈入全国中医医院前15强的发展目标,探索出一条符合中医医院特色的高质量发展之路。 |

| Abstract: |
| The First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine firmly grasps the connotation requirements of the high-quality development of public Chinese medicine hospitals. Based on its practical situation, we have clarified the development strategy of "Chinese medicine at the top, Western medicine in the lead, talent guiding, management guaranteeing, and the hospital running ahead" and proposed the development ideas of "polishing one brand, implementing two matters, grasping three points, improving four sides, and consolidating five things". The First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine has achieved the development goal of entering the top 15 Chinese medicine hospitals with comprehensive strength in advance, and explored a high-quality development road that conforms to the characteristics of Chinese medicine hospitals. |
